1. Eligibility to Purchase

Purchases must be made by a person aged 18 or above who is legally able to enter into a binding agreement. A parent or legal guardian must make purchases on behalf of a minor.

If you purchase on behalf of a business or another person, you must have authority to do so.

2. Accounts and Customer Information

Provide accurate and current contact, payment and delivery information. Please notify us promptly if you discover an error in your order details.

Where customer accounts are available, keep your login credentials confidential. Contact us if you suspect unauthorised access.

We may restrict an account where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, protect security or address a material breach of these terms. This does not remove rights relating to orders already paid for.

3. Product Information and Availability

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, ingredient information, quantities, prices and usage instructions.

Screen settings and photography may cause minor differences in how colours appear. Packaging may be updated, but any material difference affecting your purchase will be communicated where applicable.

Product availability may change. If an ordered item cannot be supplied, we will contact you to arrange an agreed alternative or refund. We will not replace it with a different product without your agreement.

4. Product Use and Safety

Follow the directions, warnings, storage instructions and expiry information supplied with each product. Use products only for their stated purpose.

• Review the ingredient list for ingredients to which you may be sensitive.
• Follow patch-test instructions where provided.
• Avoid contact with eyes unless the product is specifically intended for that use.
• Discontinue use if irritation or an unexpected reaction occurs.
• Keep products out of reach of children unless their instructions state otherwise.

General skincare, haircare and wellness information on our website is educational and does not replace personalised medical advice. Product experiences and results can vary between individuals.

These statements do not exclude our responsibility for defective, unsafe or misdescribed products.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Please review your selected products, quantities, delivery details and total amount before submitting an order.

An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request. Our acceptance is confirmed when we send a dispatch confirmation, unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier.

We may contact you to clarify information needed to fulfil an order. If we cannot accept an order, we will explain the reason and refund any payment collected for the affected items.

6. Prices, Taxes and Payments

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, delivery charges and other payable amounts will be disclosed before you complete your purchase.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Use only a payment method you are authorised to use. Cash on Delivery, where offered, may depend on your location and order eligibility.

Price changes apply to future purchases. If a material pricing error affects an order before acceptance, we will contact you with the correct price and let you choose whether to proceed or receive a refund. We will not collect an additional amount without your agreement.

If money is deducted but no order confirmation is received, contact us with the payment reference so we can investigate.

7. Discounts and Promotional Offers

Coupons, bundles, free gifts and other promotions are subject to the eligibility requirements, availability and conditions disclosed with each offer.

Unless an offer states otherwise, discounts cannot be combined or exchanged for cash. Any adjustment involving a partially cancelled or returned promotional order will be explained to you.

Changes to a promotion do not retrospectively remove benefits from an accepted eligible order.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery availability, charges and estimated timeframes are provided at checkout or in your order communications.

Delivery estimates may be affected by courier disruptions, weather, public holidays or other circumstances. We will assist with delayed, lost or undelivered orders and provide an appropriate resolution.

Please provide a complete delivery address and a reachable contact number. If delivery cannot be completed, we will contact you about the next steps and disclose any proposed redelivery charges before you agree to them.

If a parcel appears damaged or tampered with, document its condition where possible and contact us promptly.

9. Order Cancellations

Request cancellation as soon as possible by emailing nodal@drsufis.in with your order number.

Cancellation is possible where the order has not been dispatched and fulfilment can still be stopped. A request is confirmed when we send our cancellation confirmation.

For approved cancellations, refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

10. Returns, Replacements and Refunds

Our Return and Refund Policy explains eligibility, reporting windows, return arrangements and refund processing. Please review it before purchasing.

If your order contains a wrong, expired, damaged, defective or missing item, contact nodal@drsufis.in with your order details and a description of the issue.

Hygiene-related restrictions on routine returns do not remove remedies for defective, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods.

11. Acceptable Website Use

You must not:

• Use the website for fraud, unlawful transactions or impersonation.
• Attempt to access accounts or systems without authorisation.
• Upload malicious software or interfere with website security or functionality.
• Submit knowingly false claims, misleading reviews or unlawful content.
• Collect another person’s personal information without appropriate authority.
• Copy or commercially exploit protected website material without permission or a lawful basis.

12. Intellectual Property

The Dr Sufis Wellness name, logos, original text, photographs, graphics and other protected website materials belong to us or their respective owners.

You may view and use the website for personal shopping and information. Access does not grant permission to reproduce protected materials commercially or imply an endorsement by Dr Sufis Wellness. Uses permitted by applicable law remain unaffected.

13. Reviews and Customer Submissions

Reviews should reflect your genuine experience. Do not include private information, unlawful material or content that infringes another person’s rights.

By submitting a review for publication, you permit us to display it on our website with the display name you provide. We will seek separate permission before using your identifiable photographs or testimonial in advertising.

We may moderate spam, abusive content and submissions that violate these requirements. Genuine reviews will not be removed merely because they are critical.

14. Privacy and Communications

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, shared and protected.

We may contact you about order processing, delivery, payments and support. Promotional communications are handled according to your preferences and applicable requirements.

You may opt out of promotions using the instructions in the message or by emailing nodal@drsufis.in.

An external link does not necessarily imply our endorsement. Our use of payment or delivery providers does not remove our obligations concerning your order.

The terms applicable when your order was placed will continue to govern that order, unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
