1. Offer Details

The following details apply to this cashback promotion:

2. Eligibility

An order qualifies only if it meets the advertised requirements during the offer period. Cashback is not automatically available on every purchase.

If the promotion requires an account, coupon code or a particular payment method, complete that step before placing your order.

Purchases through other retailers or marketplaces are excluded unless the offer expressly includes them.

3. How to Receive Cashback

1. Review the offer details and select qualifying products.
2. Complete any required sign-in or coupon-code step.
3. Check that your order meets the stated purchase and payment conditions.
4. Complete your purchase during the offer period.
5. Receive the promotional benefit through the stated method within the advertised timeframe.

Keep your order confirmation and offer details. If the benefit is not issued within the stated timeframe, contact nodal@drsufis.in with your order number.

4. Cashback Calculation

Cashback is calculated on the qualifying amount actually paid after discounts, subject to the offer’s stated exclusions and earning limits.

Amounts paid using promotional credit do not earn additional cashback unless the offer specifically permits it.

The offer will state any rounding rules or minimum amount needed to earn a benefit.

5. Using Your Cashback

Promotional credit can be used only for eligible purchases through the redemption method specified in the offer.

• Per-order redemption limits and minimum purchase requirements apply as disclosed.
• The benefit cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred to a bank account.
• It cannot be sold or transferred to another customer unless the offer permits this.
• Whether unused credit remains available after a partial redemption will be stated in the offer.

6. Validity and Expiry

The benefit must be redeemed within its disclosed validity period. The issue confirmation will identify the expiry date and applicable redemption conditions.

Unused promotional credit expires after that date. If a verified technical issue on our side prevents timely redemption, contact us so we can review an appropriate resolution.

7. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

If a qualifying order is cancelled or fully refunded, unused cashback earned from that order will be cancelled. For a partial refund, the benefit may be recalculated using the retained qualifying purchase amount.

If the earned benefit has already been redeemed, we will explain any proposed adjustment. Any adjustment must follow conditions disclosed before purchase and applicable law.

For a refunded purchase paid partly with promotional credit, the cash-paid portion will be refunded through the applicable refund method. Treatment of the promotional portion, including restoration and validity, will follow the disclosed offer conditions.

Cashback conditions do not remove your rights concerning defective, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied products. Our Return and Refund Policy also applies.

8. Misuse and Incorrect Credits

We may investigate suspected fraudulent transactions, unauthorised account use or deliberate circumvention of disclosed offer limits.

A benefit may be held, corrected or withdrawn where there is a reasonable basis to conclude that it was issued in error or obtained contrary to the offer conditions. You may contact us to request a review of the decision.

9. Changes to Offers

We may change or end an offer for future purchases. Such changes will not retrospectively remove benefits properly earned under the conditions applicable when an eligible order was placed.

Any change required by law will be handled according to applicable requirements.

10. Other Applicable Policies

Our general Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Return and Refund Policy apply alongside these cashback terms.

Campaign-specific conditions govern the promotional benefit where they differ from these general cashback terms, provided they were disclosed before purchase. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Cashback offered independently by a bank or payment provider is governed by that provider’s offer terms. Contact the relevant provider for those benefits.
