About Cashback

Cashback will be credited to the user’s Dr Sufis Wallet after 7 days of a successful transaction or once the return period is over. The cashback will be in the form of a discount that can be used for future purchases on our platform.

How to Avail the Offer

1. Create a new account with Dr Sufis Wellness or log in using your existing account.
2. Proceed to the payment page and select the eligible cashback option.
3. If you are eligible, the cashback amount will be credited to your Dr Sufis Wallet.
4. You will also receive an Email/SMS confirming the cashback credit in your account.

Terms & Conditions

1. The offer is valid for Indian customers only.
2. The cashback will be credited as Dr Sufis Wallet Cash, which can be redeemed in your next purchase with us.
3. Cashback will be valid for 90 days from the date of order placement. Please check your Email/SMS for the actual expiry date.
4. As per our Cashback policy, a user can avail up to 70% of the order total (not exceeding ₹1000) through Dr Sufis Wallet balance.
5. A customer may earn a maximum of ₹5000 wallet cashback at any given time. Additional cashback can only be earned once the existing balance is either used or expired.
6. Under no circumstances can the cashback amount be:
   • Withdrawn to a bank account,
   • Converted into cash, or
   • Credited into any prepaid instrument issued under applicable RBI laws.
     Cashback is strictly for redemption against purchases with Dr Sufis Wellness Pvt Ltd.
7. Fraudulent, suspicious, or cancelled/refunded transactions will not be eligible for cashback. If cashback has already been credited, it will be withdrawn in such cases.
8. For partial cancellations/refunds, cashback usage and refunds will be processed as per Dr Sufis Wellness policies.
9. Cashback is applicable only on the paid amount. Payments made using wallet balance will not earn additional cashback.
10. Cashback cannot be clubbed with certain promotional coupon codes (if any).
11. Dr Sufis Wellness Pvt Ltd reserves the right to:
    • Restrict, revoke, or withdraw the cashback in case of misuse,
    • Employ fraud detection and risk management measures,
    • Modify or terminate the cashback offer without prior notice.
